REBELLION IN RUSSIA.
OUTBREAK IN THE SOUTH. FIGHTING IN MANY PARTS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Sept. 9, 5.5 p.m. Copenhagen, Sept. 8. Messages from Helsingfors state a rebellion has broken out in South Russia. The workmen’s council at Odessa declared South Russia and Crimea independent. Fighting is proceeding in many districts between rebels and reds, who are negotiating with Bulgarian Communists. The crews of several warships at Sebastopol mutinied.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
