CONDITIONS NEARLY NORMAL. OWING TO INJUNCTION. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Sept. 6, 9.45 p.m. Washington, Sept. 6. Mr. H. M. Dougherty (Attorney-Gene-ral) has issued a statement that, as the result of the injunction, transportation conditions are becoming nearly normal. A few violations of the injunction have been reported to the Department of Justice. There has been some oratory but everything was quiet yesterday, being the first day in five weeks when no requests were received for deputy-marshals to protect property. Mr. Dougherty declares that the course taken by the Department of Justice is nearly universally approved.
