NEW BUTTER OUTLET.
REQUIREMENTS OF FRANCE. A member of a Paris firm, in the course of a letter received at Dunedin, states his intention to visit New Zealand with the obpect of trying to secure direct shipments of New Zealand butter to Paris, via Dunkirk. For some years, he says, his firm has sold large quantities of New Zealand butter in France. Before the war New Zealand butter was known and much appreciated in France, and of later years, especially last year, sales have greatly increased and the butter has been very much sought after.
