EGMONT PIGEON CLUB. Tn continuation of the above’s club’s programme, two races were flown on Saturday, a flock race from Palmerston North, and an interval race from the same place. Good times were again recorded, there being a slight westerly wind in the latter stages of the jourMr. J. Bellringer, whose birds are flying very well, again secured first place in the flock race, although all times were close up. and only a minute and a half separated the first and last bird, the runner-up being half a minute behind. The winner of tho Interval race turned up in R. W. Hemingway's Tukapa, in the good time of 3hrs. 27min. This is a good- type of bird, having won the Gilbert trophy as a youngster, and the club heartily congratulates the owner on his success.
