ADDITIONAL IMPORT DUTIES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Rome, August 31. A Royal decree has been ieeued imposing additional import duties ranging from 10 to 50 per cent, on agricultural products, clothing, toys, linen and other goods from countries which, owing -to the lack of commercial treaties, charge higher duties on imports from Italy than from other foreign countries.
