OUTBREAK IN GERMANY. By Telegraph.—Press Aasn—Copyright. Received Sept. 3, 5.5 p.m. • Berlin, Sept. 1. Extensive food riots occurred at Ebers-' walde, in Brandenburg province. Mobs, incited by women enraged at the high prices, attacked food shops, and the police were forced to fire on them. The Chief of Police in Berlin, fearing that the riots may spread to the capital, postponed his projected visit to New York.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assn.
