TOURNAMENT AT ELTHAM. The tournament promoted by the Eltham men’s hockey club takes -place at Taumata Park to-day, and premises to be a great success. no fewer than ten teams having entered. As the total proceeds are to go to the benefit of blind soldiers, it is hoped that the public will give their support to such a worthy ajause. The following is the draw for the first round: Eltham B v. Inglewood B: Eltham Boy Scouts v. Eltham C: Inglewood A v. Kaponga B ; Stratford High School v. Eltham Old Boys: Eltham A v. Kaponga A. Players are to be on the ground at 1.45 p.m. The Eltham teams will be as follow: A— Page, Free, Pennington, Davies, Ffethey ; B Astbury, Lambie, Ennis, S. King, J. Pennington: C—Taylor. Edwards.
