DISPUTE BEFORE THE COURT. By Telegraph. —Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Before the Arbitration Court, the shipping dispute was continued. Morris Falla, traffic manager of the Union Company, was the principal witness. He stated that trade had fallen off and several vessels had to be laid up, making it impossible to find employment for all seamen. If freights were reduced business would improve. He declined to give details of the company’s business. The company’s case has concluded, and the ur or’’ case opens to-morrow.
