It is expected to compfete loading the Kaikoura so as to enable her to sail for the Wanganui roadstead this afternoon. On the departure of this vessel the Eastern Sea, at present anchored in the streaim, will come alongside to discharge her case oil cargo. OVERSEA MOVEMENTS.
