LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
NEW ZEALAND DELEGATES. i THE NAURU QUESTION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Aug. 26, 5.5 pm. London, August 25. Sir James Allen is going to Geneva on August 29. to attend the Financial Commission. which precede® the plenary session. Other delegates include Sir Francs Bell. Sir Arthur Maitland, whose offer to assist the New Zealander® was accepted by Mr. will follow later. A’ ' « rgh the Australian delegates to the ? Assembly are announced, it is not improbable that some changes will be made, especially as there is a possibility of the Nauru mandate being under review at the forthcoming assembly. In this matter New Zealand will have the assistance of her Attorney-General to deal with the legal side of the question, and therefore it is likely that Judge Rich, who is at present travelling on the Continent, may. if available, strengthen the Australian delegation. As suggested in a Press cablegram from Australia, there is also a likelihood that the interests of women may be specially represented on the Australian delegation.
