Wellington, Last Night. The following Governunent weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-day: “Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds. Cold and changeable conditions, with scattered showers, but fair weather likely to predominate soon. The barometer is rising everywhere.”
