FACTS OF POSITION SOUGHT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. In the Legislative. Council this afternoon the Hon. W< E. Cpllins gave notice of his intention to ask for a return showing the economic loss caused by the spr.eaa of venereal disease. ‘ He desired a return showing the number of premature births and deaths caused by the disease, and a statement as to what amount would be saved ,in subsidies to hospitals and expenditure on mental hospitals if preventive measures were taken.
