BREACHES OF BY-LAWS. John W. Ogle was charged with driving a motor-car across the intersection of Bridge and High Streets at an excessive speed on July S. Terence Hammersley, of Kaponga, j was charged with crossing the railway : line, at the Bridge Street level crossing, • directly in flront of an approaching train. Defendant, who did not appear, was fined £2 (costs 7s). A THEFT CASE.
