HOCKEY.
LADIES’ FINALS. The winners of the ladies' hockey fixtures are: Northern Division, New Plymquth Technical College Old Girls; Central Division, Stratford Technical High School A; Southern Division, Hawera (Hinemoa) A. These three teams have now to play off for ' the shield, which is at present held by. the Stratford High School, and the matches will take place as follows, unless re-arranged by mutual agreement of the teams concerned:— August 12, Hawera A v. N.P.T.C.0.G., at With am; August 10, Hawera A v. S.T.H.B. A, at Eltham; August 26, N.P.T.C.O.G. v. S.T.H.B. A, at Inglewood.
