NO CONCESSION BY REBATE. / SUPER TAX REDUCED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Wellington, Last Night. The Land Tax Bill was introduced ini the House to-night by Governor’s message and read a first time. Mr. Massey, in reply to a question, said the only alteration in the Bill was a reduction of the super tax from 33 1-3 pel* cent, to 20 per cent, with the id*»a that next year it might be dispel’ I with altogether. He did not proi< - to renew this year the rebate of 10 per cent for prompt payment. That was only a temporary concession goes out this year.
