The commercial secretary to the British Legation at Prague reports that Czechoslovakia has won for herself the reputation of being the one State in Central Europe which has set its house in order and avoided the evils of the printing press. Czecho-Slovakia is a solid and permanent country, and not an ephemeral and artificial creation destined to extinction as an independent entity.
