DOUBLING THE DUTIES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Aug. 6, 11.5 p.m. Berlin August 5. The Government’s decision to raise export duties a hundred per cent, in consequence of the depreciation of the mark, has caused consternation in commercial circles. Exporters fear they will lose all their trade.
