SUPREME COURT.
SENTENCE AT AUCKLAND. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. At the Supreme Court, Samuel Brittain, who pleaded guilty to common assault on a woman at Katikati, was ordered to come up for sentence if called upon. Martin Gjerstad, for breaking and entering and theft, received twelve months’ imprisonment.
