BUSINESS FOB. THE WEEK. THE TAXATION REPORT. (By Wire.—Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, Last Night. Next week’® work in the House of Representatives will include the dis* cussion of the report of the Taxation Committee. Mr. Massey intends to place this report (before members during the week and he will give an opportunity for debate. Sir John Salmond’s report regarding the Washington Conference may also reach the House, but that is not certain. The report will not contain much that is not familiar to the public already, but its presentation may be made the occasion for a statement of the policy of the New Zealand Government regarding naval defence. Several more Government Bills will make their appearance during the week.
