COMMISSION OF INQUIRY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Aug. 4, 7.45 p.m. London, Aug. 3. In the House of Commons, Mr. Lloyd George announced that the Honors Commission would consist of Lord Dunedin (chairman), Lord Denman, Mr. Arthur Henderson, Mr. Evelyn Cecil, Sir Samuel Hoare and Sir George Marks. The Duke of Devonshire had also been invited to to act. The inquiry would not be retrospective.
