I The C. and D. liner Port Albany is expected I at New Plymouth at daylight on Monday, and i will load 11,000 freight carcases of frozen • meat from the Smart Road and Waitara ; works, 1150 boxes of butter and general i cargo. If the vessel arrives at the time exI peeted she should be ready to sail on Tuesday afternoon for the Wanganui roadstead, thence proceeding to Wellington and Lyttelton to complete loading. The Port Albany will then, sail for London. THE RARAWA.
- The Rarawa brought passengers and 120 tons of general cargo from Onehunga early yesterday morning. She sailed north again after the arrival of the mail train from the south last night. NGAKUTA WITH CARGO. The Union Company advise that the Nagkuta will leave Lyttelton on Thursday next for Wellington and New Plymouth, being due here on Saturday with general cargo. The Ngakuta is being requisitioned to relieve the Kahika while the Corinna is undergoing overhaul. KARORI WITH CEMENT. The Karori is to load at Whangarei next week for Wellington and New Plymouth, bringing cement to this port and proceeding later to Greymouth. OTARAMA TO LOAD. The Federal Line received a wireless message on Thursday from the Otarama, en route from Adelaide, stating that the vessel would arrive at Auckland late last night to commence Homeward loading. The vessel will subsequently load -t Napier, New Plymouth, Wanganui and Wellington, and is to sail finally from Wellington on the 3&th inst. for Avonmouth, Liverpool, Manchester and GlasPACTFIC COAST CARGO. Tiie Union Company’s trans-Pacific cargocarrier Waihemo (5627 tons) is announced to load at Pacific Coast ports in October for Australian and New Zealawl ports, including New Plymoutlr. CARGO FROM BLUFF. On her. next trip the Kahika will proceed as far as Bluff, and New Plymouth merchants will be able to secure direct transhipment from that port. The vessel will come to New Plymouth via the usual southern ports, being due here on Wtednesday, August 16. OVERSEA MOVEMENTS.
