FAMOUS BEAUTY’S DEATH.
THE CORONER’S 57ERDTCT. By Telegraph.—-Press Assn.—Copyright. London, August 1. At the inquest concerning the death of the Cbuntess. of Essex, a verdict was returned of death from natural causes.
The Dowager Countess of Essex was found dead in her bath in her London home, apparently from heart disease. She was a well-known American beauty, and was the model for Herkomer’s famous picture, “The Lady in White.”
