Kaupokonui Survey District, 'being the whole of the land comprised in Register JBook Volume 37, Folio 25 (Taranaki Registry). SUBJECT, HOWEVER, as to the said pieces of land to Memorandum of Mortgage registered as Number 43653. securing repayment of the principal sum of £2OOO (Two thousand pounds), with interest thereon as therein described. The property has upon it a dwellinghouse and usual Dairy Farm Buildings, and is situate on the Pembroke Road, Stratford.
