LAST WEEK’S RETURNS. During the week ended last night the New Plymouth tramways carried 30,355 passengers and earned £317 Gs 2d in revenue. Compared with the same week last year these returns show a decrease of 2005 passengers and £2O 14s Id. Details of last week's traffic are:—
