REBELS RETREATING. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.-—Copyright. London July 26. Dublin reports state that the Nationalists continue to drive the Irregulars in the west, practically unopposed. The rebels are retreating so rapidly in some districts that it is impossible for the Nationalists to keep pace with them. They are described as a- demoralised horde, tom by mutiny and dissensions. One leader, Revat, is reported to have been executed at Charlestown.
