CUTTING IN FLOUR CHARGES. MILLERS REACH AGREEMENT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. ■Christchurch, Last Night. It is. understood the price cutting war in flour has ceased and that the millers have arrived at an agreement that only the Government price of £lB a ton, less 2% per cent., shall be charged.
