’ARANAKI v. WAIRARAPA. (From Our Own Correspondent.)’ Arrangements are nearing completion for the big game for the Nordern Cup to be played at Bltham on August 3 between Taranaki and Wairarapa. Wairarapa recently played Wellington, at Wellington, and were defeated by only 5 goals to 1, and it would seem that Taranaki will have to go all out to retain the much co.veted cup. The Taranaki team, the writer learns, will undergo a. few changes for this match, and although the WanganuiTaranaki match left little to be desired from a spectacular point of view, the Wairarapa team will certainly prove a harder nut to crack. >
