The Temps declares the main points in France’s reparation programme that M. Poincare will discuss with Mr. Lloyd George are the unconditional remission of all inter-Allied war debts, irrespective of the attitude of the United States; payment for work in the devastated regions to have priority over all reparations: and the early flotation of a German reparations loan, large enough to enable Germany to re-establish her finance, and with Allied control, and finally to wipe out her debt.—Aus.-N.Z.
