SENT TO WOMEN BY POST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland. Last N'ght. Two charges of sending indecent documents through the post were admitted in the Police Court by Thomas Bernard Blickland, aged 24. a new arrival in the Dominion. The letters were sent to women. The magistrate said that in view of accused’® previous good character he would be better at work than in gaol. He. was fined 15s on the first charge, in default three months’ imprisonment, and he was ordered to come up for sentence on the second charge in two years’ time. He was allowed a month to pay the fine.
