Tempe, discussing President Poincare’s visit to London, which is fixed for about August 1, declares that Frenchmen generally expect the following results: Firstly. the cancellation of inter-Allied debts, France to reduce the nominal tot’d of the German debt; secondly, the reparation payments to be devoted to the repair of the devastated regions; thirdly, an early German loan, devoted to the reparations payment loan and to be sufficiently great to enable Germany to re-establish her finances on paper. If and when it eeases it must be possible for our consciences to be clear of reproach.” ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS ADVISED. Berlin, July 22.
