The flight which is proposed to be made by Captains Keat and Russ in February or March next across the Tasman Sea will be from a point on the south-eastern corner of New South Wales to Christchurch. The estimated distance is 1600 miles. Captain Keat proceeds to London shortly to select and ship two Sopwith machines similar to the one in which Sir Ross Smith made his flight to Australia.
