At the Glasgow conference of the Brituh Medical Association, which was attended by 2000 delegates, representing 24,000 British, Dominion and foreign the question of outstanding interest, “Should doctors tell?” which had been adjourned from 1921, was discussed. Cases were cited where doctors were compelled to divulge in the law courts facts which they regarded as a breach of professional secrecy. It was pointed out, ttißt priests could not be forced to tell the secrets of the Confessional. They would go to prison first. t
