REAR-ADMIRAL DUMARESQ. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.-— Copyright. Received July 23, 5.5 p.m. 4 Manila, July 22. The death has occurred o,f Rear-.Adr miral Dumaresq, after being unoonscious for two weeks. The funeral will take place on Monday in the San Pedo Macali cemetery, with full military honors. Twelve hundred troops will participate. —Aus.-N.'Z. Cable Assn. Rear-Admiral Dumaresq was Commodore of the Australian Fleet from 1919 to this year. His appointment ended a few months ago, and he was on his way home when he contracted pneumonia and had to be landed and sent to hospital at Manila. He entered the navy in 1886. was appointed commander in 1904 and captain in 1910. He served in the European War.
