- PADDON y. ARNST. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, July IS. Negotiations between Paddon and Arnst to row for the championship are proceeding. Arnst finds the proposed date, August 5, unsuitable, and has asked Paddon to postpone the race till the end of September to enable Arnst to get. into better condition. Paddon’s reply is awaited. In the event of his declining to agree to the delay it is regarded as possible that a Paddon-Hadfleld match may be arranged.
