Poincare’s visit to London, declares a settlement in Europe depends upon AngloFrench agreement and suggests: (1) The remission of France’s debt to Britain. (2) That France should agree to a reduction of reparations to £2,500,000,000. (3) That France should recognise the Washington agreements and ■ reduce armament*. (4) A guarantee to France against external attack. (5) An international loan, of which France should be the chief beneficiary.
