Eastern Sea, from New York, end of August. KAITUNA AT NELSON. The Kaituna arrived at Nelson on Saturday from Newcastle and Sydney. She later proceeds to Picton, and will take any New Plymouth cargo offering from Picton. She is due here at the end of th? week with timber and sleepers for the Public Works Department and a small quantity of general cargo. RARAWA TO-DAY. The Rarawa is due frown Onehunga this morning with passengers and general cargo. She returns north at 8.30 this evening. CORINNA ON FRIDAY. The Corinna was working at Timaru yesterday, and is due at New Plymouth, via the usual ports, about Friday with general cargo. THE PIAKO. Latest advice indicates that the liner Piako was to leave Rockhampton (Queensland) on Saturday for New Plymouth, but no confirmation of her departure has yet been received by the agents (the Union S.S. Co.). PORT CHALMERS COMING. The Port Chalmers, now at Lyttelton, will arrive at New Plymouth on Friday, calling at Picton en route. THE PORT ALBANY. The Port is to leave Hobart for New Plymouth on the 26th Inst., and is due here on the Slat inst. BADEN POWELL SAILS. The Baden Powell, which arrived at New Plymouth on Sunday, discharged her southern cargo yesterday and sailed for Wellington and Lyttelton yesterday afternoon.

KAIKOURA AT AUCKLAND. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Kaikoura arrived at Auckland on Sunday morning from Liverpool. The vessel has a full load of cargo from Bristol, Glasgow, and Liverpool for New Zealand ports, including New Plymouth, and will also load in New Zealand for London. The vessel is due here about August 10. OVERSEA MOVEMENTS. London, July 16.—Arrived : At. London, Bnradine and Suevic: at Antwerp. Port Nicholson; at Las Palmas, Arriba and Alness; at Suez.
