VESSEL LEAKING.
PUTS INTO SYDNEY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Received July 14, 11.35 p.m. Sydney, July 14. The schooner Abemama, bound from Clarence River to the Bluff, has arrived at Sydney. The crew assert the vessel is leaking badly, and claim that the decision to make for Sydney followed on a deputation by them to the master. The manager of Patrick and Co.* the owners of the Abemama, states the vessel put into Sydney because sails were lost in a blow and the vessel* was leaking a little, but she is not seriously damaged.
