JN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by’ Section 16 of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913/: and with the consent of the Ratepayers of the Albion Road Special Rating Area, in the Taranaki County hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the Ratepayers of the Special Rating Area, the capital value of whose properties as appearing in the Valuation Roll of the ■said County is collectively greater ■than the capital values of the properties of the Ratepayers who did not consent, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: — Fot the purpose of forming and metalling Albion Road, the Taranaki Cquhty Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £365 at. four and a half per centum per annum for a period of thirtysix years and a-lialf, and. declares that the cost of raising the said loan and the first year’s interest on 'the loan shall be ■payable out of the moneys, so raised.
