PORTUGUESE MONARCHIST.
A PLOT SUPPRESSED. By Telegraph.—-Press Assn.—Copyright. Paris, July 11. It has just been learned from Vigo that the Portuguese had to suppress an important Monarchist plot in Lisbon. A whole regiment supported the insurrection but, when it was found that the other troops did not follow their example, the men returned to barracks. One hundred men were arrested.
