BELGIUM’S ORPHANS.
HELP FROM NEW ZEALAND. By Telegraph-—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 11, 5.5 pan. Brussels, July 10. An agricultural school of the Belgium Orphans’ Fund has been inaugurated near Namur. M. Jasper, Cardinal Mercier, and Sir James Allen (New Zealand’s High Commissioner) attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. The Belgian ConsulGeneral in London <stated that the orphan fund bad received 1,300,000 francs from New Zealand.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
