TEACHERS TO COME NEXT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, July 10. A second cut having been made in tne bonus of the Civil Service, the Minister of Education is now required to make a reduction in the salaries of teachers. A draft scheme for various branches has been prepared by the Minister, who now proposes, as he did on a previous occasion, to consult with representatives of primary, secondary and technical school teachers as to the fairest method of applying the cut suggested in the draft.
