Schanzers arrival from London assertthat he found himself in opposition to the British Cabinet on questions of the Near East and Tangier. The Journal says: “We may congratulate ourselves on the British attitude, for it gives us an opportunity to remind Italy that France is at one with her in seeking a settlement in Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey.”
