MEAT INDUSTRY STRIKE.
SUCCESS OF FREE LABOR. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Timaru. Last Night. An invitation was issued to the rtrikeir at the freezing works to return to work to-day, but none turned up at either Smithfield or Pareora, though a number are expected at Pareora tomorrow. Six free labor teams at each works are doing well and the work is bring carried on satisfactorily.
