A MAGISTRATE’S DECISION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. ( Auckland, Last tfight. At the Police. Court, to-day, Mr. Poynton, S.M., gave a decision that the games known as “prize dart” and “help your neighbor” were wholly games of chance. David Livingstone was charged with having conducted these games at the winter show. He was fined a nominal penalty of 20s, as the prosecutions were test ones. Leave to appeal was given.
