ANOTHER ACQUITTAL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, July 3. The Leipzig Supreme Court acquitted Michelson, a Berlin doctor, who was accused of ill-treating French prisoners in German hospitals in war time. The prosecutor demanded a sentence of a year’s imprisonment. This is the first of a batch of war crime trials instituted at the instance of the French and Belgian Governments.
