NEW CONTRACT ARRANGED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.-—Copyright. Sydney, July 4. A new Island mail contract has been arranged by the Commonwealth with the Burns. Philp Shipping Company. It provides for improved services in the Pacific. The run to the New Hebrides has been extended to embrace other parts of the group, and three-weekly services to the Solomons, Papua, and Rahul, and a five-weekly direct service to Rabul and the New Hebrides.
