Walter Sidney Masterman. a fisheries inspector at Great Grimsby, Lincolnshire, a brother of Mr. C. F. G. Masterman, who was a Minister in the last Liberal Cabifiet, has been sentenced to three years’ penal servitude on a charge of having embezzled £862 belonging to the Board of Fisheries. —Aus.-N.Z- Cable Assn.
