WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following official weather forecast was issued nt 4 p.m. to-day: "Present indications are for increasing north-west to south-west winds. Cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain probable generally, and rivers rising in the west coast and southern districts, and snow on the higher levels in the South Island. The barometer has a falling tendency.”
