FIRSTLY—ALL that parcel of land situate in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing 25 acres, more or less, BEING the Section Numbered Four (-1), Block Four (4), Waitara Survey District, BOUNDED towards the North-East by Section Five (2325.8 links), towards the South-East by North Road (1075 links), towards the SouthWest by Section Three (2325 links), and towards the NorthWest by the Sea; AND BEING the whole of the land comprised and described in Deed of Mortgage Registered Number 43857.
