RUSSIA SEEKS CONCESSIONS. By Telegraph.—-Press Assn.—Copyright. Received June 27, 8.55 p.m. The Hague, June 26. The Russian delegation, numbering 18, except Krassin and Rakovsky, have arrived, and are discussing organisation with the conference authorities. Litvinoff intimated that the Russians demanded that the Allies should first discuss credits and later private property and debts could be discussed.
